For the second consecutive year, the University of Hawai’i women’s golf team will participate in the Ron Moore Intercollegiate, which runs Friday, Oct. 7 through Sunday, Oct. 9 at the Highlands Ranch Golf Course.
The Rainbow Wahine tied for seventh at last year’s event with two golfers – Hana Mirnik and Hyeonji Kang – finishing in the Top 20.
Kang, who tied for 20th at 2-over 218, returns to lead the UH contingent which includes Mayumi Umezu, Wendy Song, Monica Johnson, and Kralyn Salazar. Johnson also competed in last year’s tournament, tying for 61st place at 229.
