Saint Louis quarterback, AJ Bianco, was out on a recruitment trip Sunday when he got some fabulous news. AJ Bianco received a call to join the Polynesian Bowl.
The game will take place at on Kamehameha. The kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. this Saturday. The CBS Sports Network will carry the game live.
Local curiosity has been raised about where Bianco will play college ball. AJ is a pro-style passer who stands 6 feet-4 and weighs 220-pounds.
Since his visit to Reno, AJ has decommitted from the University of Hawaii. He had committed to UH in mid October. He now plans to play for The Nevada Wolfpack.
After Todd Graham resigned on Friday, there was been much uncertainty and bad news.
A hearing in Hawaii by the State Senate was held to hear testimony from former and current Warriors about Graham’s alleged abuse of players. AJ Bianco changed his commitment.
Bianco decided not to sign his letter of intent during the NCAA early signing period in December after hearing about UH’s negative situation.
There have been more than 12 University of Hawaii Warrior players who have left the program via the transfer portal.
