This was the culmination of a historic run by UH’s 2021-22 team. This is the first Rainbow Wahine who have won both the regular-season title and the tournament title in the same season. The streak spans more than 35 years worth of conference play. It’s the University of Hawaii’s third ever Big West Tournament title, and the first since 2016.
