SAN DIEGO, Calif.–The fourth-seeded University of Hawai’i men’s tennis team (12-5 4-2 Big West) cruised past No. 5 seed UC Riverside (6-16, 1-5 Big West) with a 4-0 sweep to advance to the Big West Championship tournament on Friday, April 29 at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, Calif.. The Rainbow Warriors captured the doubles point to start the match, then reeled off three quick singles win to clinch the match. With the win, UH punched its ticket into the semifinals for the second-straight season and just the third time since UH joined the Big West in 2013.
