The MCHCA regatta season for 2022 will begin June 4, at Hanako’o. The last regatta season was in 2019.
The Maui County Hawaiian Canoe Association will have a full-summer schedule, starting June 4, at Hanakao’o (Canoe) Beach Park, with the Moki Kalanikau regatta.
The Naleieha Regatta will act as the MCHCA championship at Hanakao’o on the 23rd of July.
The Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association state championships will take place at Keehi Lagoon on Oahu, on Aug. 6th.
Four MCHCA regattas are at Hanakao’o and three at Kahului Harbor.

June 11th – Keiki O Maui Regatta at Hanakao’o (Canoe) Beach
June 18th – John M. & Kealoha Lake Regatta at Kahului Harbor
June 25th – Kamehameha Regatta at Kahului Harbor
July 9th – Mayor’s Umeke Regatta at Kahului Harbor
July 16th – Dougie Tihada Memorial Regatta at Hanakao’o (Canoe) Beach
July 23rd – Naleieha Regatta (MCHCA championships) at Hanakao’o (Canoe) Beach
Aug. 6th – HCRA state championships at Keehi Lagoon, Honolulu
