HONOLULU – Three nationally-ranked squads headline the 2022 Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra Magic Island Hawai’i Classic volleyball tournament which runs this Friday and Saturday at the Hawai’i Convention Center.
All three of Hawai’i’s Division II teams – Chaminade, Hawai’i Hilo and Hawai’i Pacific – are tri-hosting the event.
The No. 25 Silverswords are joined by West Region power Cal State San Bernardino (No. 7) and Lewis (No. 21) as the other two squads who are in the AVCA Division II Top 25 poll.
Also in the field: San Francisco State, Stanislaus State and Western Oregon.
