Jocelyn Alo, of Hauula will play professional fastpitch softball. Alo announced this past Monday that she has signed with the Smash It Sports Vipers.
The Women’s Professional Fastpitch will start its 1st season of professional softball in USA on June 14. The league is currently comprised of two teams, which will play nine series of games in two months in five states
Alo was the No. 1 pick in a 12-player draft held in May. She won back-to-back nationaltitles at Oklahoma during her college career. In a May 12-player draft, Alo was the No. 1 pick.
Rochester, N.Y. is home to the Smash It Sports Vipers. The second team is the USSSA Pride and is based in Viera, Fl.
